Sorry for the late reply - was photographing an all day huge conference yesterday.  

Let me know how you go.  I always add in more oil &amp; french dressing as I like my pasta really moist.

looks and sounds great.  I&#039;m definitely going to give it a try and that&#039;s saying something from someone who is more meatasaurus than vegesaurus.  All I have to do is scrounge up enough basil leaves from the yard to make some pesto, that&#039;s if I haven&#039;t killed all the plants.</description>

I add the oil with some types of pasta so it doesn&#039;t stick while cooking.

This dish is great for quick meals but not good reheating the next day - becomes too dry.

		<description>Interesting you add oil to the pasta water, I just add salt once the water is boiling and a little of infused oil to the pasta once its cooked, depending on what sauce i use with it, but it makes me hungry just looking at it.
